They walk seven laps around the neighborhood until their hands are frozen. They are cute love puppies chatting over the phone when they were just together 30 minutes prior. To top it up, the next morning the hands-on boyfriend even worries about Yoo Ri’s way of brushing her teeth. The super doting boyfriend drives his girl to her workplace, reminding her to be careful with her job since her body belongs to him. InDenial&Closures The girl who likes Oh Soo denies accepting Ga Na’s phone calls after the night they shared together. Yoo Ri meets Jin Woo to give him a straight closure that she can only be his friend. Meanwhile, grandpa is happy that his favorite grandson has finally gotten a girl. He is so excited that when he meets Yoo Ri’s mom, so much so he initiates the marriage discussion already. OhSoo&YooRisLoveStory Yoo Ri finds her boyfriend playing with her mom while waiting for her. Her vision turns fuzzy when she grabs a glass of water. Oh Soo leads her to the sofa as she appeases his woes that she is just probably tired. She opens up about his paying of her mother’s hospital bills so he reasons out that it would be difficult for him not to see her around if she moves out. He confesses how his life has changed drastically since his thoughts are mainly about her only. Oh Soo bumps into Yoo Ri while she is on duty in a pharmacy store. He raises his guard when he noticed the dark aura of the pharmacist. TheLuckiestGirlInTheWorld Yoo Ri shares her worry to her boyfriend on how she is scared that her happiness might turn sour since she has a history of having happy moments followed by sad events. Oh Soo assures her that he will always be by her side. Yoo Ri’s woe came true as she is rushed to the emergency room after falling on the ground while chasing the culprit of the case they are investigating. Jin Woo arrives when he learns the news from Yoo Ri’s sister. Oh Soo who senses the situation calls his girl, and is answered by Yoo Ri’s junior at work. Perplexed at the two men who seem acting like his senior’s boyfriend, he tries waking her up out of fear that she might be found as two-timer by them. But Oh Soo already appeared just when she regains consciousness. He marks his territory on her girlfriend. FirstNightTogether Yoo Ri tries to play sweet knowing how Oh Soo might have been worried about what happened. She tries to sneak in a quick peck but he evades her attempt. He pulls the car over and asks her to sit beside him on a bench. He puckers his lips and asks her to give him a proper kiss. Oh Soo uses an excuse that his battery is low so he can enter his girl’s house. They kiss sweetly and he stays with her through the night. He cooks her a warm breakfast the next day as he is forced to hide when Yoo Ri’s sister arrives earlier than expected. Later they visit the pharmacist for Yoo Ri’s case. Oh Soo reminds her again to be careful of the pharmacist. She teases him if he has a supernatural ability to see a person’s panoramic life. And if he can see what’s ahead of her life. Oh Soo dares to believe him and throws in a sweet 30-minute guitar serenade. TheLawOfTheTree Oh Soo knows his brother is on his annual “remembering dad” day, so he joins him to talk about the night their father left. He also learns from Ga Na that promising to be an easy and comforting brother to Oh Soo is what their father’s last words to him. Yoo Ri meets Oh Soo in the cafe to plan their vacation. She spots the same cup that she drank from when she was hospitalized. That Man Oh Soo Korean Drama The Man Oh Soo is an exceptional romance fantasy that has captured the hearts of many a female viewer and some of the male ones too. This is considered to be one of the best romantic comedy series that has come out of SK for quite a while. This series is the product of OCN distributes, and its cast includes Lee Jong Hyun, Kim So Eun, Kang Tae Oh and Huh Jung Min. The length of this series is 16 episodes, and its full title is That Man Oh Soo Evergreen The producers and director went the happy ending way with this comedy romance, and it delivers on all scores, which basically means it’s a great series to alleviate sadness and take away the blues. It is designed to make you laugh and smile, especially if you have a tub of ice cream in your lap. Here is the storyline. Oh Soo is a cafĂ© owner that adds special magical pollen to the coffee he serves in his cafĂ©, not truly understanding love, he eventually finds out the hard way when he has to resort to the supernatural to protect his love. Now, let’s jump to the last episodes. Yoo Ri, our female lead learns that her male lead Oh Soo broke up with her to protect her, and fled to Germany where he used a supernatural curse that made him forget 28 years of memory, so basically, he knows nothing, but still feels something is missing. Three years after taking on this drastic remedy, he comes back home. In the meantime, Yoo Ri has been advancing in her career but has been sad all the time. Her friend Jin Woo is concerned that she still thinks too much about Oh Soo, which is the reason for her sorry emotional state. Obviously, the story would not get a good grade if it didn’t supply the surprise, and it does when Yoo Ri bumps into Oh Soo in the closed cafĂ© they used to hang out a lot. She thinks it’s a dream, especially since she is drunk at the time. The next day she decides to go to the beach, and there she meets Oh Soo again, this time he invites her to a coffee
and that is the final cut. Romance and Comedy This show is definitely a “cheesy” love comedy and is rampant with the heart-fluttering scenes and standard punchlines. As such, the show is able to survive the daft supernatural sadness and leave viewers wanting more. After all, we want a happy ending, but in the story, the happy ending is still around the corner. Leading Performance There is no doubt that the success of this rom-com is due to the amazing acting skills of both the male and female lead actors. Kim So Eun’s talent is apparent, and her devotion is well suited to bringing out a strong lead role. Lee Jong Hyun acts out his role perfectly and uses all the angles and timing to create a heart-fluttering male role. Remember, comedy is not about the punchline, it’s about the timing and delivery. Great Supporting Cast While the leading roles were performed perfectly, they would not have been as successful without a great supporting cast, and Kang Tae Oh, Huh Jung Min, Jin Woo, and Ga Na all took on and owned their personas perfectly, delivering a cohesive stage. The Supernatural It was that last-minute decision to use a supernatural memory wiping solution that ruined the show, in my opinion, in a rom-com, there should be no serious and sinister side effects, this is not a thriller. So, the writers must have got confused when they took a light-hearted and funny show and turned it into a serious thriller with fantastical convolutions. The bottom line is that The Man Oh Soo is a great series, a wonderful rom-com with a lot of the fantastic that makes younger teenager girly girls swoon while laughing into their bowl of ice cream. Oh, and an occasional scream is also endeared here.
ï»żYoori's is the only one completely spelled out though. Oh Soo's family life, and its relationship to that magic tree, apparently must remain a permanent mystery to only ever be explained at the very end. Ditto with that weird guy who Oh Soo can tell is up to no good, always making frivolous small talk with the neighbors.

The focus is clearly on the relationship between the main characters and their interaction, but it is precisely this that is linked to the common thread went under more and more over the course. The spotlight was more on the cheesy interaction between the fifth graders, because that's exactly how they behaved just because they were in love with each other. The chemistry between them didn't penetrate, it was rather as illogical was the magic, which was incomplete and only got a start at the end. The performance, not just the content, was poorly presented. Overall, the visualization was kept at a low level. Apart from the cafe, no other scene had an to the end of the most disappointing one, because despite that, somehow I had hope that everything will resolve to a logical end result. That didn't happen, instead you got a much more clichéd finale than you can imagine. Amnesia, of course. In the end, the story actually started well at the beginning because I was expecting something moving about love and magic that I could take with me, but it wasn' second casts played their role much better and I liked his big brother's relationship more. There could also have been a bit more content about their parents, mostly from the did they put into the series that they got nowhere? Or have I missed so much?
